History

Three Snead brothers married three Pollard sisters and they each had seven sons. And that's how our family took root in the early 1800s. To learn more about our history, click on the links below.

Welcome to the Snead Family Website!

The goal of this site will be to provide a repository for cherished memories and a network to foster new connections, knowledge and a sense of family across the years and miles. We are so blessed to have this incredible heritage. It is imperative that we preserve and remember the loved ones who came before us and share our pride and appreciation of this family with our children so they will carry on this legacy.

This website is a work in progress. It was originally created by Bonnie Drumwright and is now maintained by John Scott. This site can serve as an archive and also a living, evolving and dynamic space for our family to learn more about itself. As such, your contributions are vital.
